Finally, added a templates for special buildings in Italy
Added several more special buildings and some generic universities. Added: Fourvière, Capitole de Toulouse, Château de Bretagne, Fort de Bordeaux, Fortified Port of Monaco and Port of La Rochelle. Added generic universities to : Rennes, Poitiers, Clerment Ferrand and Gernoble
Tweaked some of the older special buildings. Added the Eiffel Tower, Napoleons Line, Palace of Versailles, Port of Calais and Académie de l'Absurde (which needs lore description, since i am not familiar with it)
These special buildings are open for change and most of the icons are temporary so if you find/create a better one, feel free to change it. Special buildings added: Leuven University, Court of Europa, Walls of Nijmegen, Port of Amsterdam, Port of Antwerpen, Zone Rouge, Verdun Memorial. (one last thing, i am doing it for the first time, so i hope i dont break it)
