game_concept_neow_sevillian_church_desc: "The first Sevillian Pope, Honorus V Petrus Sevillius, was originally a man from Andalusia named Juan Carlos Jurado. While much of his life is shrouded in legend, it is generally believed he was born in the pre-[Concept('neow_the_event','Event')|E], living as a humble shepherd. In his fifties he would receive a vision from the Archangel Raphael, who instructed him to warn the world of Rome's coming punishment. His message would find great popularity in his native Spain, leading to his proclamation as the true Pope in Seville, only a month before the Event. He would reportedly pass away at the age of two-hundred, becoming the first saint canonised by the Sevillian Papacy."

game_concept_neow_the_regency: "The Regency"
game_concept_neow_the_regency_desc: "After the royal family's disappearance, what remained of Old Albion's ministries quickly took the mantle of the Regency, ruling in the Queen's stead as the Witenagemot of the Imperial Republic of London. They would rule over the scorched city with an iron fist for over a century until Arthur Crowtemple, one of their own generals, turned against them and took over London for himself. Nobody knows what he found within the dredges of the old Palace, but in disgust he ordered the entire complex demolished, and the Regents' names scrubbed from history. In the building's place he built a pyramid, representing the tomb of Old Albion."

Though dominant in the early political landscape of post-Event Britain, the conquests of Arthur Crowtemple and the rise of occultism in the Isles has turned the Britannic religion into a distant memory for many."

Rumours of the Queen's ascension to divinity arose soon after, and within days the entire political apparatus left behind was overtaken by the [Concept('neow_the_regency','Regency')|E] that vowed to rule in her stead. Their followers believe that the royal bloodline, descended from Britannia, became corrupt and degenerate after countless centuries of tyrannical rule, and the royal family was ordered to return to the seas and reunite with their divine progenitor. Before going into hiding, Britannia's instructions were clear - her subjects must show their devotion through sacrifice, so that she may return to reset the royal line, and usher in a new golden age across her dominion."
