d_ungvar is rusyn and now in e_nisteria.txt
rusyns speak rusyn language
kaliningrad russians speak pribaltic language
ucrainean moved to ruthenian file
aromanians are romanian instead of ruthenian
romanians discovering fire in circa 2555 (they didn't have innovations)
clothing and building gfx fix
